It consists of 3 floors and is divided as follows:

The terrace is connected to the house through a door next to the kitchen.

On the first floor there is a bedroom and a second bathroom, also complete and equipped with a shower tray.

The second floor has a large bedroom, perfectly useful for an office or even a bedroom.

On one of the streets that give access to it is one of the walls that surround the historic center of Castelo Branco. These walls preserve a military testimony - a cannonball - to which the city was subjected, possibly during the French Invasions.

It is also in the Historic Center that you will have the opportunity to see beautiful 16th century gates and two of the eight doors that were not destroyed in the 14th century. Finding one in Praça Postiguinho Valadares, next to the Portugal Telecom building and the other on Rua Santa Maria.

Close to Alfredo da Mota and João de Deus nurseries and nurseries.

Rental conditions:
maximum 2 adults

With guarantors:
- 3-year contract, renewable for periods of 1 year;
- €1100 as a guarantee of good use (deposit) + monthly payment for the month in which the contract begins;

Without guarantors:
1-year contract, renewable for periods of 1 year;
- €1500 as a guarantee of good use (deposit) + monthly payment for the month in which the contract begins.

the guarantees of good use can be paid twice, 1 and 2 months in addition to the corresponding rent
