 In this locality you can find public water and electricity should you wish to connect to the property.

At the moment the property has no electricity or water points.
We suggest solar panels and a borehole.

Access is via a dirt track, in good condition all year round, so any vehicle can get there.

Ferrarias is in the parish of Santo André das Tojeiras, and its main feature is the schist as a stone and the undulating floor that allows views over beautiful landscapes.

 Take the opportunity to discover the various river beaches of the Schist Villages, surrounded by natural landscapes and pristine waters.

There are more than 50 beaches, with very different characteristics, which will suit any visitor. The quality of the water and the surrounding environment is one of the main criteria for selecting these spaces, which are often located in environmental heritage zones and classified natural areas.
